You need to upgrade your Flash Player. All of the events in the Christian Summer Youth Tour (CYST) are designed to encourage, uplift and teach any youth that attends. They are not meant to exclude anyone and all are welcome and encouraged to attend!

So often we allow the world to teach OUR youth about commitment to worldly things, yet when it comes to spiritual development and experiences we have difficulty with the same level of commitment. The world sets our youth's schedules (i.e. basketball, football, cheerleading, band, track, etc) and expects our kids to make 100% of the activities and practices. The CSYT is an opportunity to help our youth learn to make commitments to something that could affect their lives forever! CYST encourages you to make a commitment to take that first step and commit to attending 100% of the CYST's events this summer. Schedules are set in advance and costs are kept low so youth can attend. Hosting congregations are asked to provide at least one meal during their weekend to help minimize some of the cost of the event. An attempt has been made to spread the youth weekends out between April and October so as not to burden Youth Leaders and supporting congregations. Currently, the Tour consists of 6 stops including the Midwest Youth Conference ranging from the Chicagoland area down as far as Springfield, IL. Typically Youth Weekends are kept to a Saturday & Sunday. By attending all of the events, the youth will be able to build stronger bonds with one another and friendships with fellow Christians will form. Want to join in on the fun???? It's simple:

2) Commit to attend (to the best of your ability) all of the CYST youth events.
3) Come prepared for an uplifting, good time in the Lord. CYST has designed a T-Shirt to celebrate the spirit of the Youth Tour. The design on the front is the same for every shirt, but partner congregations get to choose the color they would like to represent their congregation. Shirts are $6.00 each.
